Return Policy

We offer a return on merchandise if you notify us by email at commercialservices@shn.ca within 24 hours of receipt of the product. A Return Authorization Number will be provided and must be included with the returned item(s), along with the original receipt. The refund will be process back to original form of payment after merch is received. All shipping charges and any other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund or exchanges will not be provided for: Flowers, Food Items, Clothing without original tag, Slippers off the card, or Seasonal Merchandise.

Local Pickup + Delivery within Hospital

Items can be picked up or delivered to a patient/staff in one of our SHN hospital locations at no additional charge

When checking out, choose "Pickup" instead of "Ship" on the Information screen.

You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup, and our staff will contact you directly to arrange a pickup time. If you aren't sure, please give us a call 647 801 4528.

Provide details on what details are needed for delivery to staff/ patient by notes section.

Please include the following details:

- Full name of patient/staff name to whom order will be delivered to 

- Site at which patient/staff is located (General, Birchmount, Centenary) 

- Unit/room number at which patient/staff is located (if known) 

Orders that are submitted on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Everywhere else:

Shipping via UPS

Ship within Ontario: $9.99 flat rate. Spend over $100 (before tax) for free shipping

International Shipping: Currently we are unable to support automated international shipping through our online shop.  

At this time, we only ship orders within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Canada.  It includes City of Toronto and the regional municipalities of Durham, Halton, Peel, and York.
